What exactly is "Paintless" Dent Repair?
Think of it as "acupuncture for your car". Instead of using heavy fillers or sandpaper, I use specialized tools to apply precise pressure to 'tension points' behind the panel. This gently realigns the metal back into its original place. It’s a clean, non-invasive way to heal your car's dings/dents without the 'surgery' of a traditional body shop.
How do I know if my dent can be fixed with PDR?
If the paint is still intact (not cracked or missing) and the metal isn't stretched to a point, there’s a great chance I can fix it! I handle everything from door dings and mystery creases to minor hail damage.
⚠️ Important: If your car was in a major accident, has structural damage, or needs a new bumper/paint job, that’s Collision Repair. I specialize in keeping things original and "paintless," so I don't handle heavy bodywork or repainting.
Can you fix plastic bumpers?
PDR is strictly for the metal panels of your car (doors, hood, fenders, etc.). Plastic bumpers don't have 'memory' like metal does, so they usually require heat-shaping or a full replacement if they're cracked.
Tip: Try carefully sticking a fridge magnet to the dent - if it sticks, it’s metal, and I can likely fix it!
How much is this going to cost me?
Every dent is a "special snowflake" - unique in its own annoying way! Pricing depends on the size, depth, and where it’s located on the car. That said, PDR is significantly cheaper than a traditional body shop.

How long will my car be out of commission?
Forget leaving your car at a shop for a week. Most small dings/dents take about an hour. Larger creases or complex dents might take a few hours, depending on the severity of it.
Do I need to bring my car to you? (And what do you need from me?)
I’m 100% mobile, so I bring the "shop" to your driveway or workplace in Waterloo, Kitchener, Guelph, Cambridge, Woodstock, or Stratford, or meet up somewhere in between.
To get the job done, I just need two things:

Focused space: Enough room to park my vehicle and fully open your car doors.

Environment: PDR is a technical game of reflections. On a nice day, your driveway is perfect. If it’s pouring rain or snowing, it would be preferred to have access to a garage or a solid overhead cover so I can see the metal clearly and give you that "On Point" result!
